Seg\u00fan Lesmes, es fundamental retrasar los embarazos en menores de 14 a\u00f1os hasta que hayan completado sus estudios, preferiblemente superiores, para garantizarles mejores oportunidades de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lo largo del a\u00f1o, la Gobernaci\u00f3n ha implementado diversas estrategias para educar a la juventud sobre una vida sexual responsable.
