De acuerdo con el ente acusador, el procesado habr\u00eda aprovechado su condici\u00f3n de padre para cometer las agresiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las labores de polic\u00eda judicial permitieron la recolecci\u00f3n de elementos materiales probatorios y evidencia f\u00edsica que sustentaron la solicitud de medida privativa de la libertad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La captura fue realizada el pasado 22 de enero por funcionarios del Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n, CTI, en el municipio de Cartago.
